This all organic brewery features a variety of organic beer including a red stout, pale ale, imperial stout, strong bitter and more. Their food menu includes some organic choices like organic hummus & pita, organic quesadilla, organic salad with organic dressing, deli sandwiches served on organic bread, and Hotlips Pizza which has rBGH/rBST-free cheese and some organic veggies. They also have a kids menu. The brewery is open Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 11:30pm, Friday from 3pm to 12:30am, Saturday from noon to 1am and Sunday from noon to 9pm.
