Local organic produce and produce grown on site provides this unique community kitchen with fresh seasonal produce for their innovatively crafted cuisine. "Unique", also in that visitors portion their own food according to their tastes and budget: The atmosphere is one where people from all walks of life can come to share the work, food, and the sense of community; volunteers can also help out in exchange for meals. Additionally, they offer a variety of healthy-living and nutritional education through various venues in-house; plus they provide healthy support within the community through their green initiatives, special events, life skill classes, and charitable activities. They are open from 11 am until 2 pm Monday thru Friday and on the 2nd Saturday of each month and on the 3rd Friday they are also open from 5 pm until 9 pm; they are closed holidays.
