This Chocolatier is the only Fair Trade, organic bean-to-bar chocolate factory in the county, and they feature 5 expertly crafted chocolate bars - each with a cacao flavor from different parts of the globe. Their store carries all their products plus limited edition specials; the store is open daily from 10 am until 6 pm except on major holidays. Tour times vary and private tours are by reservation.
