A silver certified LEED restaurant, they specialize in sourcing and developing relations with, sustainable, local and organic providers, and offer a seasonal menu of fresh farm-to-table Pacific Northwest cuisine and handcrafted cocktails. They feature a made-from-scratch kitchen, complimentary Natura water, a notable list of regional wines, daily happy hours, and a number of signature dishes and beverages. They are open for breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday from 6:30 am until 2:30 pm and for dinner from 5:30 pm until 10 pm. Brunch is from 6:30 am until 2:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
