is a Certified Organic Restaurant? A restaurant that
is certified organic needs to have 95% or more of the
food it serves be certified organic. Restaurants can be certified by
state, private, and non-profit agencies throughout the
country that have been approved by the U.S. Department
of Agriculture (USDA).
